Tré is the only boy out of the three with his father, Jason Furious Styles (Laurence Fishburne). Furious teaches Tré responsibility, and doing the right thing no matter the circumstances. Us as the viewers witness the bargain of these three characters. Singleton discusses the lives of the average black man during the 1990s.
